For the signature cocktails, consider serving Mojito Martinis straight up in a chilled martini glass instead of using a traditional ice filled tumbler or mojito glass.  

Simply mix all ingredints in a glass mixing glass then fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh mint and lime. You can also try using flavored vodkas or rums! Get your guests involved in the mixing and muddling -- oh what fun!
